Refund & Return Policies

At Baby King, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

📦 Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and without any signs of use or damage.

📍 Return Process

  • Customers are required to return the package via a traceable courier service at their own expense after receiving the return approval.
  • Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address via email.
  • Kindly include a copy of the invoice and a note specifying the reason for the return in your package.

💡 Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days (excluding Sundays) after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • No return or exchange is applicable for items such as inflatable toys, remote-controlled products, not-for-profit items, or promotional items.
  • For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the parcel to verify its condition upon delivery.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that are broken or faulty and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sales.babyking.pk.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a few days.
